(if applicable) Paragon CreateAThon 2021 Terms and Conditions: If my organization is selected as a CreateAThon participant, I understand and agree to the following: Work for this project will be done by Paragon’s staff during the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 am the next day. We will meet with Paragon’s staff prior to CreateAThon (date to be determined) to provide additional background on our organization and the requested project. We will meet with Paragon’s staff the morning after CreateAthon (between 8:00 am and 10:00 am) to receive a mock-up of the project and will secure necessary approvals by the Monday after CreateAthon. We will deliver any final changes that need to be made to the project (copy revisions only) the following Monday morning so it can be prepped and forwarded to the printer by 2:00 that afternoon. We understand there will be no additional work provided by Paragon for this project beyond the terms outlined above.
